For 31-year-old Kai, joining Allianz-Synergia, Inc. in 2017 became more than a career move—it became a pivotal chapter in her life. Prior to this, she was working as a real estate property specialist, but she felt something was missing. Although Kai’s journey has not been without its share of challenges. As an only child and the family’s breadwinner, she endured a heartbreaking loss when her mother passed away in 2023. Her workplace became a pillar of strength and comfort, helping her find resilience and navigate life’s toughest moments.

Drawing on her seven years of experience with the company, Kai encourages new team members to remain resilient, keep pushing forward, and never give up. “Don’t quit too soon; you won’t realize your true potential until you finish what you’ve started. Start with a clear vision, and let it lead you to success,” she advises.
